win10x64專業(yè)版安裝laravel時報錯

執(zhí)行l(wèi)aravel new blog時出現(xiàn)上面的錯誤，網(wǎng)上查好像都是說啟用openssl就可以了，我的extension=php_openssl.dll原來就是啟用的，老是提示這個錯誤，不知道怎么處理。
我有嘗試直接進(jìn)對應(yīng)的網(wǎng)頁，是可以的，網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)該是正常的。
