為什么用composer安裝完后會(huì)報(bào)這個(gè)錯(cuò)？

根據(jù)官網(wǎng)提供的教程，在文件夾中輸入命令composer create-project laravel/laravel --prefer-dist之后創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)laravel項(xiàng)目（結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖）

本地使用wamp server 配置的站點(diǎn)，打開(kāi)后報(bào)了這個(gè)錯(cuò)誤，求指教這是什么意思？
